Performance Marketing and Creative Agency Executive

Job Description: We are actively searching for a talented and dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Performance Marketing and Creative Agency Executive.

  • In this position, you will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations, strategies, and overall performance of both our performance marketing agency and creative agency.
  • Your role will be pivotal in steering our business growth, fine-tuning marketing campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of creative projects.
  • We are looking for an ideal candidate who has a good grasp of performance marketing and creative workflows, with strong leadership capabilities, has a knack for building and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Marketing Agency Oversight:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on maximising ROAS, ROI, CAC, and AOV.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, tracking and analysing weekly metrics.
  •  Monitor and optimise ROAS, ROI, CAC, and AOV on a weekly basis.
  •  Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into strategies with the media agency for improved campaign performance and business growth.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve predefined KPIs. 
  • Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and budget management.
  • Review and endorse creative concepts, ensuring their alignment with brand guidelines, platform specifications, and campaign objectives on each platform.
  1. Market Research :
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
  • Utilise research findings to inform marketing strategies and recommendations.
  1. Strategy Development:
  • Participate in the creation of digital marketing strategies tailored to Kiwi’s unique goals and needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
  • Experience (6 months - 1+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
